I am Niraj Kumar and a genuine user of your mobile service # 9771160443 since April.
I have purchased a life time pre paid connection of company from your Bhagalpur Dealer after submitting proper document. After proper verification you have activated our connection and I was enjoying your facilities with any interruption.
After some days i.e. in the month of May, I have purchase one another connection cell # 9771272413 from the same dealer in name of same consumer & address (Niraj Kumar, Granthalaya, Sujaganj, Bhagalpur - 812 002.) again after submitting all necessary documents and verification. After confirmation of address my connection has been activated and till today i am enjoying the services of your company.
Now, after 5 months some days back i have received an SMS on my # 9771160443 informing that my address is wrong so i can not enjoy my connection in future.
It was surprising for me because my shop is a well known book shop of Bhagalpur City established in 1962 and i am one of the partner of our company. Each & every person knows our shop as a leading book shop.
For your kind information in my company we are using 6 Nos. i.e. 93042600, 601, 603, 604, 605 & 9334307430 of Reliance India Mobile CUG post paid connections in the same name & address since year 2006
Sir, Now I want to say that if my address is wrong and i am not genuine person than why your company taken life time activation charge along with Sim Card charge and how you are continuing my second connection on same address till today. May i know the reason for that???
I have some amount balance in my Sim Card, when i am not your valid customer than what was the reason you activated my post paid vouchers so many times, when I have circulated my number to all our companies, relatives & friends, now you are saying that my address is wrong which means that I am a cheater in your eyes and I provided wrong documents???
Sir, this act of your company hurted & disturbed me a lot and i am feeling mentally tortured by your company. Sir, pls. tell me should i continue these connection further in this circumstances???
So sir, pls. return all my activation & life time connection charges along with balance amount immediately after receiving of this mail because I don’t think that I should continue these connections in these unfair condition,
