I am Rahul Arora, resident of DLF phase 4, have invested Rs 4.92 lacs against initial booking amount and two instalment of Solitaire Green project by Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., A-3, Sec-59, Noida, UP). Agreement was signed and allotment was done way back. There has been no progress in this project over last 18 months. The payment was made in favour “Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.” through A/c payee cheques. Mr. Jeetendra Chaudhary is a Managing Director of the Company.
We were promised that the project would be funded by banks which never happened. It hightlighted commitment of this builder as there was something fishy if no loan was available. Apparantely Greencity bought this land in sec 24 in Dharuhera from Dwarkadhis which also have some project in Dharuhera.
I visited and called up and infact written to Greencity office mutiple times but of no avail.
It is reported that MD Jeetendra Cahowdhury and his staff is absconding and office is now closed. I am shocked to see apathy of investors who vested invested in a licensed project. I cannot imagine plight of those investing in projects which has not got any licence.
Best way to bring the culprit to book is by taking joint action and start acting to get our refunds.
