PAN cad not yet received

I have applied the pan card in the month of Feb’ 2008. I have seen my PAN Number in the site and in that they stated that “ Your application is under Process at TIN FC. While processing your application following discrepancy has noticed &-- Address for communication not mentioned.

So please enquiry the matter and kindly advise me to how to get the PAN card.
