We have a broadband service with Airtel bearing the account number
13836673 and the phone number is 044-43542446.
We had a problem with Airtel service on 15th June and registered a
complaint on 15th of June itself. Reference number to the complaint is
20917068. We have made enough number of phone calls to customer care executive and none of
them responded properly. We have been calling customer care everyday for
more than 5 hours. There is no response from customer service.
When We call Mr. Nagarajan, area engineer phone is switched off all the
times. Your internet service is down all the time. We have asked your
people to give us login id and password many times but it never happened.
No one is giving higher authority contact numbers, You made us fool and we
paid heavy amounts for your poor service.
Is this the way you behave with your customers?
I have never seen this kind of worst service anywhere.
Why not you keep track of the complaint number?
What is the problem in having track of the complaint?
We lost business, What else I can do for legal action?
