Non Refund of FD

I am deposited FD of approximately Rs.35000/- in Samrath Sahakari Patpedhi Ltd, Dhule (regi. No. DLE (DLE)/RSR//CR/327 dt.14/06/1990. FD maturity date was before one year back. But Patpedhi could not give refund of My FD. I continuously Follow up with patpedhi officers, DDR, Collector, Officers of co operartive department but till date i am not received my money/FD.

Patpedhi officers refunding FDs of their relatives only. They are not giving data of whose's FD refunded. Till date Government could appoint care taker office (PRASHASAK) on patpedhi. so director body taking full advantage to refund only relatives FD or make dealing of refund with taking 20% as commission. No body (Govt. officers/ collector) taking any action against patpedhi & their directors.

Consumer forum has been given many result in favour of depositers to refund maney within one month but till date no body received FD amount through collector.

Please help in this matter.
