Non receipt of article

Sir,

An envelope containing some important official document has been sent from the GSI TI, Hyderabad to the Aaykar Bhawan Kolkata on 15.09.2009 through speed post but as on 30.09.2009 the same has not been received. (Speed post No. EN436203425IN DT. 15.09.2009) It is therefore requested kindly that the same article may please be delivered to the concerned office at an early date.
