BAD SERVICE / CHEAT

We had purchesed a philips hi -fi system on 8th of sept. 2009 from ezone in vadodara, system has the failure and we reported it on 11th sept. to e zone.system was picked up by philips service station on 15th sept. and was told that problem will be fixed in max. 48 hrs. but we havent received any reply, so we started followup with ezone where we actually purchesed the system since then PHILIPS and ezone both were giving the different answers and we are going round the circles. finally on 24th sept. i was promised that my system will be fix and delivered by 25th sept. friday before 5 pm. WE GOT THE SYSTEM AT 10 AM BUT IT WS NOT WORKING AT ALL MAINS POWER WAS BROKEN, SO THEY TAKE THAT BACK AGAIN, AT THE SAME EVENING I HAD VISITED THE PHILIPS SERVICE CENTER AND WAS TOLD THAT MY PARTS JUST CAME FROM PHILIPS SO THEY WILL FIX THE SYSTEM AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME BY SATURDAY EVENING 6 PM. AND THE SYSTEM THEY TRIED TO DELIVERD IN THE MORNING IT WAS NOT MINE, ANOTHER LIE AS I GOT THE SR NO. DELIVER NOTE. SO I HAD CONTECTED THE EZONE AND HE SPOKE TO SERVICE HEAD OF PHILIPS AND PROMISED SUNDAY WILL BE THE FINAL DAY SO WE WERE HAPPY BUT ON SUNDAY SO CALLED PHILIPS SERVICE HEAD DIDNT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE, SO I RANG THEIR TRADE MANAGER FOR GUJARAT REGION AND HE HANST GOT ANY CLUE WHAT DO. FINALLY AFTER AN HOUR LONG PHONE THEY PROMISED ME THAT SYSTEM WILL BE DELIVERED ON WED. MORNING ITS AFTERNOON NOW WHILE I AM WRITING THIS BUT NO SIGN OF THEM OR A PHONE CALL FROM THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO URGE EVERYONE NOT TO GO FOR PHILIPS AS THEY NOT TREATING THE CUSTOMER IN A FAIR WAY.
