Non receipt of GAS Line

Respected Sir,

I have not received GSPC PNG (Residence) line connection since 18 months after my registration vide their application No. 34944 dated 11/04 and also I paid connection Charges Rs. 3000.00 on Dt. 13/12. Whenever I contact them for the same over phone, they inform me that they will install line with 1 month but till date we have not received. A long duration of 18 months has passed but no connection or a favorable action or positive reply is received
