I am a student of GTBK institute of engg. and tech. chhapianwali Malout under punjab technical university in 7th sem. At the time of addmission i was asked to pay 40000 Rs. per year. But now I am asked to pay my dues of college according to 45000 Rs. per year and college refused my registration for 7th sem. I already submit written document by addmission team member of 2005 batch of college, But still i dont get the solution. I am really very upset due to this. Please tell me what should i do?
