I am owning a tvs sooty pep plus. I bought this bike at goodwill TVS in the month of February. My vehicle number is TN-02 AQ 5351, chaise no: MD626BG37B2A32689. I am doing the service at good will tvs., I am doing service there to get warranty for my scooty. But from the first service they are not doing the good service. They accept more vehicles & simply doing water wash. My scooty has vibration from when going at 40 kms. I told the problem to them, but the problem not yet solved. When asked them they said that it was design problem of TVS. The people in the service reception are not responding well. They call us and inform the vehicle is ready, But when we go there they make to wait for an hour. From the second service I am complaining that self-starter is not working. They said they will charge the battery and there wont be any problem, but the same problem continued. My vehicle was mostly in their service station only. I am very much frustrated, very very poor response. Till now my problem is not solved. Iam running my vehicle with a dummy battery only for the past one month. I need solution for this and your answerable for my stress, fuel wastage and time wastage. My father and sister were planning to buy vehicle from Gudwill, but strongly told them not to go for TVS motors and that too in gudwill. I had so much hope on the gudwill but they spoiled everything. I have decided not to give the bike for service to Gudwill TVS rather a road side mechanic would give better service individually to the bike. The staff is also not good, they don’t give any proper response to the complaints. I need a reply for this mail, or else definetly I will go to consumer court, it’s true. The people at goodwill also not responding to the customers.they are providing a worst service & also not respecting the customers. My kind suggestion, dont buy tvs products & that also at goodwill tvs anna nagar.
