Offer credit card as life time frees but in their document detail it annual fee is Rs:2000

Hi

before month ago hsbc executive has told us that hsbc gold credit card is offer to their customer free for lifetime and force us to purchase . due to life time free offer i have fill up form aslo hsbc executive had write in form that this card is lifetime free. but when i received card it anual fee column shows that annual fee is Rs: month. how this possible.

this type of chetting is not acceptable and i want to cancel this credit card. also i have no due for this card.
