Refund of fees

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Ankita Rana. I have applied in various Universities for the course of M.A.(Eco.). I got admission in GGSIPU in the first counselling. As required i deposited Rs. 38, 000 as admission fee for the required course. But thereafter Jamia Milia Islamia University declared there results and my name is there in the waiting list. But On 26th july i got selected in Jamia also. Then i wrote application to the registrar of the GGSIPU for the refund of fee but he refuses on the ground that last date of the refund was 2oth July as written in their prospectus. Now i want your help in getting my fees back.
