I am a registered member of justdial in chandigarh . i wish to bring to everybody concerned notice that justdial took money from me 2 months back promising me that they would provide me leads for my business. there executive was carrying laptop and showing boman irani ads about justdial and boasting big about justdial. but now two months have passed they have not been able to provide any good leads the leads they provide are totally fake and none of them was genuiene. i mailed to top officials in mumbai but they are sleeping like kumbhkaran and not bothered about services.justdial is only interested in your money and not interested in providing services they are just making fool of people like us. now i m thinking of going to consumer court.
moreover they are not sending our details to customers i asked 3 of my friends to call justdial and enquire about catering services but i was shocked to see that they did not send my number to them and again n again they were sending numbers of some big caterers who had paid them well.i want to ask them why they are taking money from us if they are interested in promoting a few big guys only.
i would like to request government of india to do some thing about these frauds they are just cheating people.
