Quality of workmanship

Cidco has recently demolished old gutters in sector-11 area of new panvel. The workmanship of the gutters is worst. the top coat on covers is demolished within 40 -45 days only. the contractor has not cleaned the roads, gutters. Lot of construction material lying every where. It is creating serious health problems like huge dusting everywhere & debris in gutters is holding water hence lot of mosquitoes.

The earlier scenario prior to demolition of existing gutters was much bearable than new.

Can anyone make our life bearable.
