I have booked one parcel for Guwahati, Assam on 31-10 & the consignment no is 157785816 from Ankleshwar, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat, India. Your person confirmed me of delivering the parcel by 3-11 but till 4:30pm of 7-11 the parcel has not been delivered. When I enquired over telephone to your Guwahati office they were unable to give any information regarding the delivery. Why your service so poor? The parcel is very important. Please do the needful.
