New connection of BROD BAND

I am having BSNL land line since last 6 years. On dt 28.01.2009 I had made a application for broad band facility on my telephone.

That time BSNL officers told me that my connection will be installed in 7 to 8 days.

After 8 days i had followed about the same to BSNL exchange, but i had not got any satisfactory response.

Officers are saying: TUM KAYE KO HAME BAR-BAR PHONE KARTE HO. JAB TUMHARA PASSWORED AGGE SE AYEGA TO BATA DENGE.

The attitude / response of officer is not proper.

Kindly arrange to provide my password & username immediately.
