We purchased H65 whirlpool washing machine on 13th July. Since then we have been put through inconvenience because of the improper functioning of the product.
Inspite of repeated complaints and requests for replacement of the piece the customer care department keeps sending engineers who behave more like sales representatives trying to sell us accessories rather than attending to our commplaints.
We have requested that we get a replacement (a new properly working piece of the same model) at the earliest.
