PF application status

Dear sir,

I have applied for pf withdrawn in chennai office. date 24/12/08.

My pf account number TN 40450/1240, i checked in EPF on line status application shows your claim is retured to the employer on 12/01.

My receipt # 28727630 & 28727631.

I wanted to know what is the problem in my application form.
