Dear-Sir

My self Ambrish Kumar I have Take two family health policy from your Baddi (H.P.) representative on 23 Jun But till the date I have not got any policy or receiving from your end. I had made the payment through check (Union Bank of India Baddi H.P.). I am not accepting this type of service from your end. If you have not reply me within 24 hours then I will go for legal actions or call media persons.then you are realize what you will do with customers.
