We purchased a semi automatic machine on 16.7.06. since then it has not worked properly. You have changed in warranty motor of spin tub -three times and motor of wash tub and capacitor once. your engineers have visited saveral times but have not been able to solve the problems. What remains in a washing machine if both motors of the machine are changed and that too saveral times. its shocking. My last complaint no 213767 has remain unattended since 29.9.09.
Is this a rocket technology which cannot besolved by your so called engineers. I definitely feel now that you have given us a defective piece. Please take this as a notice to why i should not ask for a replacement of machine with compensation for mental harassment.
Hope you would act fast to avoid litigation in some consumer forum.
