The most pathetic, irresponsible and irritating packers and movers ever seen. Read below for details on those mother f***ers..
1. Damages: Don't go by what they say and guarantee about goods or your household items transfer. My shifting has just completed and mostly the crockery is broken and a few items are missing (theft occurred). Glass items for showcase are broken.
2. Quality: Packing is pathetic. Box or cartons quality is very very very poor. Cartons get torn leading to damages in your items while shifting. The cartons are very thin with no strength at all. In spite of several promises, my items got wet due to rain and a lot of things like owen, fridge had dents as they were pressed due to lot of cartons placed on truck one above the other during shifting. My Microwave Owen is damaged and not working now. Pure loss of around 8000 rupees.
3. Trucks change at times. My truck wasn't the same at the time of leaving vs. the arrival of goods. You can purely see the adhesive tapes being put again (which means theft on the way) and items mishandled etc during transfer.
4. Loss of items: During the transfer as mentioned in earlier point, the adhesive tapes are put again which gives a proof that your goods are opened leading to theft of valuable items. Personal experience.
5. Kitchen items: As mentioned above, crockery would be broken. Also grains packets were torn as there were RATS inside the cartons. Fuck knows where did the rats came from. Destroyed all grains etc.
6. Charges: Whatever they may quote and guarantee, they won't give you your stuff until all your PDCs are cleared (incase if you give any). And would give reasons that vehicle has a break down etc so they are late. Also, after the quotation, they'll ask for a 500 charge more for octroi etc which those assholes won't tell earlier.
7. People: Once you've placed the order, packed things, paid money and finally you are waiting for the truck to arrive, firstly it will be delayed for a day or two, secondly, the they won't pick up your calls at all inspite of you calling 100 times a day to enquire about your goods arrival.
8. Car Transportation: Whatever the situation may be, don’t transport your car through them. My car took 8 days to reach me vs. promise was made of 5 days. There are problems in the car now which I’m supposed to get checked at the showroom. Other problems like careless driving, improper handling in the car has been observed it has run 200 kms which wasn’t told to me.
Lastly, I've written all of this as I faced each and everything stated above and don't want anyone to go through it... Truly motherfuckers and assholes and hope no one deals with them ever. Pure bastards...
