Harber /central locals first class compartment
No space for seeting due to consesstional passangers

I am regular traveler of so called First class compartment of Haber / central local train.

We pay many times (4-5times or more than that) more than second class compartment.

During office hrs we don’t get seat to occupy as there are Concessional travelers are more than those paying full charges.

Split up is as bellow. Concession

1) About 30% of passengers are railway employess who are entitle for free traveling on mutual understanding of TC .as all employers are not officially allowed to travel it is as per grade

but I obseverved all work men of any grade utilizes this facilitates just waving there hands in front of TC saying Pass holder TC don’t even bother to check it as it is mutually agreed by all railway employer.

Only officially graded employees to be allowed checked by TC

2) abut 60-70% are collage going students even girls they keep ladies compartment empty & occupy one gents set so as to enjoy with her boyfriend in the compartment & acting very vulgar in front of all senior passengers. We feel ashamed of our new generation & try to distract our attention.

I request to keep separate compartment for students so they can do whatever they want to do.

3) 5-7% non ticket holders from second class as during rush time TC does not enter in the compartment so they travel comfortably occupying seats of true ticket holders (paying 600rs for 90rs II nd class fare)

4) 4-5% is a true ticket holder standing in gang way coursing Indian railway management & our fate.

Please do the needful for this bad service in spite of paying fare 5-6times extra.

Even cleanliness is wrest all garbage below the seats & the top occupied by spider nets
