I along with my Wife Went to Hari Travels Office No 37 at Lal Quilla for booking two seats in AC Sleeper Bus Like Volvo on 25-06 at 12:30 pm. We had been charged Rs 750/- per seat for fully AC Sleeper and total was Rs 1500 for two seats. I paid them in full and in cash and got resceipt from them for the amount and for seat booking too. We were asked to report at 5;30 pm and bus will depart from Delhi at 6:30 pm. We had been sent to other place for boarding a bus at 6:30 pm (Subzi Mandi Delhi). Where we boarded a bus so called Fully AC Sleeper Bus. but when we sat there in the bus to our surprise it was not Fully AC Like Volve. The AC was fitted in the normal Sleeper Bus and there were not feelings of Air condition and Air circulation. It was just air regulator fitted in a sleeper Class bus which was purchased from Rajisthan and had no papers in it, no fittness certificate even. we were boarded in the Name Of God Who will secure us from a so worst conditioned bus. It was even fined for Rs 5000/- on spot at Panipat Toll Way. The Registration number of the bus is RJ14PA-2157. It is still plying on the Jammu Katra Routes which is very dangerous route. it may get collapsed any time. The body and Engine Condition of the Vehicle is very worst and without any Insurance and all the important papers updated. I Request your Good Self to look into the matter and take the action under law against the Company and its Associates.,
