My Name is Sunil Sharma S/O Sh. Uday Parshad Sharma H.No.-B-49 N.D.R.I Campus Karnal I was having a bike Hero Honda Passion Plus on 8th June 09 I gone to Haryana Auto Dealer & Met with Mr. Narender Singla to confirm Resale value of my bike he quoted me Rs. 28, 000/- & ask to see the Registration Certificate i given him the same Meanwhile i called to a person at Nirmal Motor's (Authorised Hero Honda Agency) to confirm new bike rate's the person told me to come & meet him at the same hero honda agency.
when i was leaving from Haryana auto sales i ask Mr. Narender to gave back my RC & he said finish your work & than pick your RC from me. I gone to Hero Honda agency i met with the person's & then someone quoted me Rs. 28, 500/- for the same bike i agreed & taken the advance.
when i gone back to haryana Auto Dealer Mr. Narender Refused to gave back My Rc by saying you sold the Bike to my Competitor i will not give your RC Back & he thearten me & told me to go back to home quietly. Its Now more than 4 days & he is Refusing to gave back my RC & the Person who taken my bike is puting Pressure on me for the RC.
Please help me out
