Haryana Police not registered FIR

HI all,

Please help for below incident.

I was went on 26/01/09 23:40 hrs at Police post, Sector-14 Gurgaon Haryana for stolen vehicle FIR registration. But police who was working on 26/01/09 at 23:40 hrs they do not file the FIR report, again i went to the police station on 27/01/09 11:30 hrs but police are not register my stolen vehicle FIR.

Incident summary :

It was about 2200 hrs dated (26/01/09), I was went for met my brother (Pawan Sharma) I locked my Motorycycle outside Residence No 1396 Gali No-6 Rajiv Nagar East Guragon Haryana. To my surprise, when I came out after one hour, I found my Motorycycle missing. I made enquiries from some peoples, but failed to get any clue from them.

Model: TVS Victor 2002 Blue Colour

Note: On Engine Body & handle my vehicle no is engraved.

May I request you to Please provide FIR Registration number for stolen Motorcycle?
