Excess charge of fare & rude behaviour by staff

I had traveled in bus no. HR 55 D - 5101 on 15th February from Mohali to Ropar, bus was on route from Delhi to Hoshiarpur. Conductor asked for a fare of Rs. 30/- instead of Rs. 27/-, which is the actual fare as I am a daily commuter. When I objected & tried to give him change of Rs. 27/- he refused to listen to me & even stopped the bus & asked me to step down.
