I was issued a Smart Rewards Card bearing 2000 0036 1440 about 6 months back. Since then I have been trying my best to track the details of points I gained. But I am not able to do so as I dont know how to track. To add confusion to this your store officials at Hyper Market at Musheerabad, Hyderabad could not provide any information and was advised to search on the web. Since 6 months is a very long time, I request you to look into this and reply me immediately with valid information.
