I have a current acount no.0862605117 in your bank and bank had debited Rs.674.16 each (incl service tax) for the month of Nov 08 and Dec 08 and after talking to Pooja and her suboridinate on phone banking and also with relationship manager Mr. Yogesh they told me that the chargers are reveresed but till date no charges are reveresed. Secondly at the time of opening account they told minimum average balance on quarterly basis and now they told it was monthly without informing me. So I request you to look after the matter and reversed the charges ie. Rs.1348.32 (674.16 674.16) otherwise i have to close my account as after making 5 complains nobody is giving reply so i think better to opt for other bank.
I hope u understand my feelings and waste of time for making same complain again & again.
