This is sriram reddy from Hyderabad. I've sent the account close mail on Sunday, 29 June 6:36 AM.
One of their customer service rep told me to do like this when I contacted them.
I've removed the cable from my computer after 2 days and applied for Reliance. After 2 to 3 days, I've again contacted them and asked why they didn't close my account. The customer service rep told that she is going to update the complaint. I asked for the complaint number.
Complaint number: 1593930
On December 13, again I got an sms from them to my mobile, saying my bill amount due is Rs.4385.75.
This is so frustrating. I asked them to close the account and filed a complaint to close it 5 months ago. Still I'm getting the bills. Why should I pay for which I didn't use...
Pls look into this issue...
But still I'm getting the bills from them.
