Not getting proper speed to lode any page

Sir,

I was connected with you for a few days, experiencing very bitter & slow network speed. The helpdesk (0114685777) are not attended by the staff, due to EPBX we customer are loosing money by telephone calls. How ever I want a best result from you to help me to get my play-site (www.superpokepets.com) loaded with its full features, now which will never loaded due to slow speed (it always remain within 200 to 60 kbps, it measured by the Macafee speedometer.). So I hope you may help me in this respect to ensure the proper result. Thanking you.
