Havells Classic & Fusion Ceiling Fans
No response to the complaint from Havells Customer Care

I have purchased 3 Havells Ceiling fans from Bhagwati Light House, Seawoods, Nerul about a year back and all the above fans failed to function. Repeated complaints to Havels Customer Care through the local vendor (Bhagwati Light House) did not yeild any satisfactory result. Finally Mr. Kadam (Havells' Electrician) visited on 8.7.09 and he could not fix the problem. The fans are still not working. This is the first time i am using the Havells product. But as per my experience, Bajaj and Orient are good in the performance. So, I request everyone to be cautious while choosing the product that has no after-sales-support.
