Poor Quality of the bag

Dear Sir,

I wanted to redeem my SBI card reward points and I requested the same on 10th May. I opted for haversack bag and a tupperware set. The haversack bag what I received from my reward points was of very poor quality, which I received from Chennai through DTDC courier. Can the vendour be changed becauase the poor quality of the product means bad name from SBI reward programme. Within one use, the bag is torn by more than 5 inches due to the bad material used. Requesting SBI to replace the same. Also, I haven't yet received the tupperware set though SBI promised me to deliver on or before 25th May. Why is SBI not checking the quality of the product that is delivered to the customer through SBI reward programme??
