PF transfer from one a/c to another a/c

Warm Greetings!!!

This is in referance to my EPF a/c no. DL/19092/7469.

I have submitted a request form in my company HCL Comnet Ltd. -Noida for transfer the PF of my previous company to my current PF a/c listed above. It was forwarded to you in July. My Previous comany details are as follows:

Company Name: Team Wireless Services Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi

PF a/c no.: DL/29155/271

I want to know whether the PF has been transferred to my new a/c or not and also the total amount in lumpsum in my EPF a/c.

Please confirm the same. An early action is highly appreciated.
