Sir i am having the hcl desktop HCL Beanstalk 4994 PDP 805 (2.66GHZ)/512*2 DDR2/160 GB HD/DVD RW/KBD/Mouse/Vsta Pre-SN 8074AQ081080 and have lodged the complaint 20-01 subsequently sent reminders addressed at [email protected] their contact person and also ldged complaint at their web-site but no response has been received till today.
