I am from Chennai, I gave my Headset to the following Nokia care, HCL Nokia CARE

I gave it on the date of 13/05, HS-44 AD-44, Job sheet No: AS/3200928978 & AS/3200928979,
on that date i gave to them that was in warranty, I purchased that on 20/02/08, When i Gave that to them they told me they will give me a new one (Replacement) in 20 Days, After the twenty days when i asked them there was no response, And they told me to wait for another 10 days, Now up to till date (01/09/08) they doesn"t Gave that, now the Warranty Also completed, I want my headset back and the Three month Warranty Also,
The told me they are not responsible for that, and they told me this is the website (https://nokia.hclinfinet.com/nokia.care) that u give your complaint, On this website also I entered my JOB SHEET Number there was no Data about that, People's are get foll with the name of HCL NOKIA
