Bill Amount not reflecting, the plan change

I had raised a complain on July 30, and there is still no reply.(Mail below). Please update.

Subject: Problem - Change of plan not taken effect on Jun - July month billing

Hi!

I was previously with HCL CUG 150 (with no free SMS) plan. On the 19th of June, I had changed the plan to HCL CUG 150 with 150 SMS free plan. I had also got conformation on the update of plan. But, this change in plan has not taken effect on this moth 20th July’s bill. I am charged for the SMS’s this month. Kindly look into this.
