Improper service of mobile

I m having a 6233 mobile, on 10th july there is a problem in its display.

i submitted my mobile to NoKIA CARE borivali on 12th july.

they said me that your cell is damaged and for repairing it we have to send it to head office.

so they kept my cell phone

on 30 july they call me and said that my cell is reapired, so collect it.

when at their shop i test my cell phone, the numeric keys were not working.

again they submit my cell phone.

please help me.
