It is a parents claim for not selecting the candidate even after the successful completion of the training and examinations --without informing the reasons and wasting the most precious one year time in their son`s life besides bringing great depression on him.--.
My son was selected in HCL Technology through campus recruitment, in March when he was in M.C.A final year in Andhra University. He completed his M.C.A Degree in April. After that the mail came to him from the office, regarding online training. It was mentioned in that, that there would be 3 Packet online training from the liqwid Kristal Support-HCL” Keys to Learn”, and the 4 th one would be instructor led Training at “COALESCE TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD “Chennai. I purchased a Laptop for him to complete the online programme for which he worked so hard and completed it within the stipulated time. After that a mail was sent to him from the office, mentioning that he has to pay Rs21, 200/-fees for the training and to bare the expenses for his stay in Chennai. He informed me and I sent him with the needy amount for his expenditure in the unworthy training programme, now in my view to which no father will ever send his son or daughter, if he knows about the trap they planned to send out a student and which they never mentioned in their mails to the students who were selected in the campus only.
After one month, I have received a certificate, sent to my home address from the training centre, that he had fulfilled all the requirements as a SUN certified Programmer for the JAVA 2 platform, Standard edition 5.0 on July 28.Through him I also received the successful completion of all learning programme certificates from the training centre in Chennai. He was very confident and expecting the joining order. He was very happy and I liked his happiness as I loved him more. But the deception was opened to me when he was informed through a mail that he was not selected for the appointment, without mentioning any single reason. He completed the training in August and as per the record about his performance, where he had taken the training programme, and the evidences which I have now with me, he did not fail in any of all these humiliated programmes and multifarious examinations in which some other candidates could not get success even. I am so confident about himself that if had appeared for the IAS examinations with this much striving study, he could have got the success. Now he was so depressed and lost his confidence almost.
At this stage I wish to say that he is not at all an imbecile in any examinations in his academic career. The reputed university in which he got the seat for MCA with a very good rank in the entrance examination, is not a private one in which one can get the seat if his parents can pay huge amounts for the seat.
After this, as they didn`t give him the post and their company gave appointments to all of his co-students except him, without giving any reason, I, as his father and as an academician working in the education department of the state, vehemently want to know the powers they have, for killing the most valuable time of my son`s life, simply by selecting him in the prestigious campus interview and building so many barriers before him to struggle hard to come out and after coming out from each derogatory exam in flying colours, not selecting him but selecting others who could not get equal role with him in examinations, by which act they had put him in great depression.
Finally, for me and to my son from to day onwards their appointment is not a worthy one which we don`t need. I request all the viewers of this complaint letter to join me in the fight to break the monopoly of the company.
