I have booked two tickets on 20 July (11:00 pm) for bangalore to delhi.
I have selected option for flight 7:45 pm (Bangalore to Dehi). I have confirmed several times for the timings. But to my surprise, system has taken the reservations for default
first flight for the day, which is at 6:00 am in the morning. I am using facility of online reservation of air tickets from quite along time. There is some problem in website
I have immediately informed the same to Customer Care Department (11:37 pm), but they refused to listen.
This is some kind of tactics by GoIndigo flight carrier. Another way to earn money by asking users to pay Reschedulling fees.
Through this complaint, I would like to urge higher authorities to take immediate action in this regard.
