I am a member of gold's gym, pusa road, delhi. I am facing a very serious problem here in your gym.
I take a membership in this gold's gym, pusa road, delhi in december and made a part payment of Rs 10, 000.
and was told the gym will be opened in march.
Instead the gym opened in june.
During all these months in between i became friendly with the gym manager as i had a business near this gym.
he made several promises related to membership. that is--
1- when i paid a payment of Rs 10, 000. he the manager said your membership for one year is 24, 500.and if you introduce one member your membership will be lessed to 22, 500 rs.
2- that the membership can be withdrawn anytime, only the service charge of Rs 500 the number of months you used the gym will be deducted.
when the gym opened in june it was not fully operational and hence i joined the gym in august... with one more member that i introduced to gym and he take membership with me.
when i was paying the remaining balance he did not less the money from 24, 500 to 22, 500 and told me instead of your 12 months membership i will make it 14 months membership. and will soon update my record as the gym will be updated by the software.
now i want to withdraw my membership as i met with an accident and not able to go to gym from last 2 months, they are now only refunding 1/3 of the payment i made, and not attending me properly.they are now saying it is your fault that you have taken membership in gold's gym.
