I have transfered 15000/- rs from Bangalore HDFC to the SBI Kanpur account 10488900325 on 17-Dec.By mistake it was a wrong account and it not exist in the SBI. I informed the same to HDFC guys and also registered complaints for the same to the HDFC customer care. First they told me that it will be back with in 5 days. After 5 days when i checked again then they told to check the SBI branch (Where i have transfered). I have checked with that branch. SBI again given me the same responce that this account dosn't exist in the SBI and we didn't recived any ammount from HDFC for the same. Then again i checked with the HDFC then they checked with the Kanpur SBI main branch. after that they told check with the bangalore SBI main branch. I have checked with both the Main branchs (Kanpur, Bangalore) and informed to the HDFC people again then they told to check with the SBI Mumbai main branch...(Shall i go to check every branch of SBI in all over india or world for 15000/-).
In this communication 1 month got over and i didn't got any response from HDFC. On 19-Jan i went to the HDFC main branch (Kasturba Road) Banaglore and given the hand written compalints to the netbanking office. I asked her that when i ll get the response from HDFC. So she replied me that we dont have any idea about that may we you will get with in a week or month or 2 month or later.
I came back and waited for 1 more month but did not got any response from HDFC. At that time it was 2 month got over for that transaction. After 18-Feb again i contact to the my corporate HDFC help desk for the same.
After 2 days i got the mail from HDFC saying that your transaction is allready done to the SBI and the money was credited to that account and given the number of SBI Kanpur (Naubasta).
I allready checked with the same SBI Kanpur (Naubasta) branch one month before and got the latter from the Manager that the account dosn't exist in the SBI and they didn't recived any ammount from the SBI for the same.
I informed the same to the HDFC people but they are not taking my point and keep saying that your transaction has done and the ammont has allready credited to that account and the HDFC is having one big problem that they will not contact you. you will keep contact but they will not reply on that. Only when you call or personaly go and meet then they will say that we will work on that or we will check but never come you back with the status or solution.
So i am submiting the complain for the above problem and need the help to get back my money back...
