HDFC BANK IS THE WORST BANK I HAD EVER FOUND IN INDIA. I CAN CALL IT A SARKARI BANK IN TERMS OF SERVICES AND PRIVATE BANK IN TERMS OF CHARGES LEVIED ON CUSTOMER.
THIS BANK HAS CROSSED THE LIMITS OF CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLINESS
.
Following are few examples to confirm my statement:
• Bank timings are 10 AM to 3 PM so this bank is not meant for working class, may be only for house wives.
• Customer care centre should be renamed as customer information centre as this can only give you information not solutions.
• Despite of such a customer unfriendly timings for even slightest of problem you have to personally go to branch (like change of mailing address, request for statement etc.).
• At branches obviously all officials too busy without work or so rude in behavior that you don’t feel like talking to them ever.
SO guys here is a bank with perfect example of Government and Private partnership project
Government services and private charges.
