My repayment due date is 05th or 6th of Every month. I had deposited 02 checques (Icici Bank for Rs5000/- and Dena Bank for Rs4000/-) on 2nd of December 08 through drop box at HDFC ATM and had verified details with HDFC bank on 6th Dec 08 under request no 0834110537 and 08341106032. which i was given a feedback that cheques not received for clearance.

On 16th Dec received SMS stating that card A/C xxxxx is overdue for payment, Please call on 0265-6536359 . Based on that on 16th Dec called up Ms Shalini on 0265-6536359 at 1640 hrs and asked for the issue, inturn recevied reply that cheques are not yet received you need to make payment. Had explained her the details of deposits which she refused to accept and backfired stating that if you cant manage your expenditure why are you keeping your credit cards and will be taking action against the same.

Then on 17th Dec called Ms Meena on 022-28564332 and explained her whole scenario in which customer is been ill-treated request number given to me was 08352096287. Ms Meena had asked me to make stop payment with concerned banks, which i had asked for a formal letter from HDFC Bank.

18th Dec 08 received SMS from HDFC bank statement for cardmember, stmt for card ending xxxxis being dispatched. Min amount due Rs1660 on 05/01. Total dues Rsxxxxx

On 19th Dec received SMS from ICICI bank at 0922 hrs stating that amount of Rs 5000/- debited from saving account vide cheque no xxxxxxx towards payment.

20th Dec Spoke with Ms Shailja and Ms Anita both were very rude and were trying to pass on the buck on credit card department. It sounded like torchure to customer for showing his patronage.

on 21st Dec 08 received SMS from HDFC Bank stating Rs4000/- being credited into your card ending xxxx on 20/12.

By placing above mentioned facts, you can imagine how human being can undergo a mental stress for such kind of treatment received from credit card banks
