WANTED TO RECOVER UN-DUE AMOUNT

UNFORTUNATELY MY WIFE-SMT.ANURADHA RANA IS HOLDING A SAVING BANK A/C & A CREDIT CARD OF HDFC-BANK WITH HER SINCE APPROX. FROM LAST MORE THAN THREE YEARS BUT AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS & REQUESTS THEY ARE NOT CLOSING THE SAID BANK ACCOUNT & INSTEAD OF CLOSING IT THEY ARE CLAIMING RS.9000/-APPROX. FROM US AS THE NON-MAINTANANCE OF A/C CHARGES.WE DON'T WANT THAT A/C STILL THEY SAY THAT KINDLY PAY THE DUE AMOUNT AND MAINTAIN YOUR ACCOUNT AS WELL.DAY BY DAY AMOUNT TOWARDS US IS GROWING LIKE ANYTHING & EVEN THEY R NOT READY TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT & THEY R NOT ACCEPTING ANY REQUEST IN WRITING FROM US &THEY ALWAYS RETURN OUR MAILS BACK TO US & THEY ALWAYS USE PENCIL FOR RCVNG. OF OUR COROSPONDACES ETC.TO AVOID ANY PROOF.WE R TRAPPED! WHAT TO DO NOW?
