Hi Sir,

I have an account in HDFC BANK, M.G. Road, Bangalore. On 02/07/09 i made fund transfer through HDFC net banking to my Dad's account (SBI, B.S.City, jharkhand) of Rs.5000. But that has not been credited to my Dad's account till now. When i asked HDFC about this they are saying that it was a successful transaction, please consult SBI (Beneficiary account). When consulted to SBI they are saying that they don't know anything about this transaction and please consult HDFC Bank. Again i consulted to HDFC Bank and asked about transaction, but they are saying that "It was a successful transaction and they submitted my request of transfer to RBI on the same day (02/07/09)".

The problem is that my Dad didn't received any money till now and both banks saying go consult other bank.

I am in between both banks but my problem is not solved.

I want you to help me in solving this problem because my Dad is in need of money. Please help.
