Harshment of HDFC Collection agent

This is regarding your HDFC Credit Crad This card i am using last 2 years. I have paid all the dues on time since I have never delayed your payment. But unfortunately some month ago i have lost my credit card, So i have blocked the same.despite this i was paying on time. But Last your month i have not received my billing statement or sms from your side then i called up customer service number & request to generate my bill. But till date i have not received any payment advice from your side.

Nowadays one of your collection agency called up me on nearby 14/08/09 for the case payment. I have simply denied for the case payment. So i have drooped one HDFC Bank check at Nehru place ATM in fever of my card number. According to HDFC BANK agency they have received same in Chennai.

Now agency calling up me again & again too many times & using very bad & vulgar language. I am totally upset with these calls. If i will receive this kind of call from your bank, then i will take appropriate action against them.
