I will get some details about issuing the gold debit card or some form) and the same time it came bad and worse for me.
Immediately I called the phone banking and said I don’t want this card and the reply was don’t worry you will get a confirmation call
For the same and you need to say no, I said OK and waited for the confirmation call.
Rs 500 have been deducted from without any confirmation my account for this gold debit card which I was not willing to have, I called HDFC phone banking again told them the whole
Story and asked them to please cancel the issuance and reverse the amount, BINGO&&-for any kind of reversal please talk to our branch.
I tried going to SEC-31, GGN branch, got the reply please go to your home branch as only home branch can do the reversal.
One day I got the information of a card being delivered which I didn’t want and I returned the same to my home branch.
Called up my home branch they wanted some complaint against this in written or through phone banking, I called up phone banking and registered a complaint.
Got a call again with the same answer card issuance cannot be canceled for any reversal contact your home branch, I asked them to forward my complaint to my home branch
Instead of forwarding of complaint I got a message we hope your complaint has been resolved, Thanks for using HDFC (……. What am I supposed to do???)
Called up my home branch again, please do this favor to me and reverse my amount but they need a complaint again as that complaint has been closed.
6. I was in the middle of all this procedure that one day I went to shopping (having my trust with HDFC debit card) that after all the shopping done I am not able to use my debit card
(BINGO AGAIN!!!) there is a procedure of blocking the original card without any confirmation again and I am helpless now having money in my account I am not able to use and have to live on borrowed money.
