I am a savings account (A/c no:0271540028738) holder of HDFC bank for the last 3 years. But without my consent suddenly amount has been transfered for undue (Got all the receipts of the payments) credit card payment. Despite lodging a written complain (Docket No: B018000001) with the Branch Manager in Salt Lake Branch (Sector-1) on 07/10 the issue never got resolved. Nobody in the above mentioned branch is helping in this regard and the behaviour of the Branch Manager is unacceptable comparing the high standards set by the bank itself. After calling innumerable times to the Credit Card Department I was informed to take this matter with the nearest branch only as according to them its the fault of the bank itself to transfer the amount without my consent and they are solely responsible for the trouble and the fund transfer. Really pissed off with this kind of service and adding to that I havn't yet received my new Debit Card for which the requisition was made on 22/09.
