A used car loan is given by HDFC bank on amount Rs. 189590.00, As per their schedule the loan agreement no 183834211, the loan is issued on 22.03. when the Cheque is given for my loan of amount Rs.145000.00, i have told several times why the amount is low, they did not pay any heed. it was also told to given a break up regarding deduction of amount but they are not heard my prayer. i have paying regularly my EMI Rs. 4763.00
in this situation i submitted my complaint for resolving the problem, & proper advice regarding leagal action.
