HDFC Bank Credit Card loss
Some one has missused my credit card which I had lost and withdrawn Rs.15, 000

I have lost my credit card on 3-June at our office premisses at around 5.30 Pm and I found my card is missing at around 7.25 PM. Immediately I had complained about loss of Credit card and asked them to block my credit card. Then I got a call from HDFC bank sying that some one has withdrawn Rs.15, 000/- using my card from some ATM at around 7.30PM, when I said I had requested your people to block the card how can some one withdraw amount even after 5minutes. But HDFC bank person is reluctant to liston to my words and said as it is a pin based transaction I am liable for the payment. When I had blocked the card and someone has withdrawn the amount after placing a request how am I liable for that. Please help me in this regard. Sudharshan. S
